    Stainless steel, this says a lot. After 3 cooking sessions, the stainless steel creates its own non-stick coating. Very quick to heat up and then you can put it on half. The handle on the lid is placed correctly and has the right shape so that accidents do not occur. Wherever you put it, it stands immediately in a stable position. It makes amazing food. Cooking in the wok is a ritual. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
