    The best pacifiers are definitely the ones from Mam! These specific ones, and especially the supreme ones, have a narrow neck which makes them more suitable! There are no other ones on the market with such a design! Pacifiers in general can be harmful to the baby's teeth, but at least these ones, due to the narrow neck, cause less damage.
