It lasted 1 year with daily use on plasterboards. The tape got cut because it was accidentally hit. This can happen from the first day. Also, I don't open it more than 7.5m because the spring will break soon, like with all measuring tapes.

Well, I believe it's not worth the money. After 3 months of use, I threw it away. More specifically, the racket is good but the mechanism inside occasionally broke. After a month of use, the string wouldn't retract properly like it did at the beginning, and I had to push it back in with my hand. In general, I think it's better to spend 5 to 10 euros on a cheap one, even if it breaks, rather than an expensive one that is presented as durable and suitable for heavy use. It's a waste of money!

The ribbon is not for many... in a month it has already suffered a lot of wear and tear, working the meter daily, that is, it has started to fade quite a bit at the ends. It's nice and convenient that it has the finger stopper as well as good durability against impacts, the meter is sturdy and doesn't seem to have any problems after several falls.
