Treatment

The wood, after its final form, is placed in specialized kilns where it is filled with water and preservative and subjected to a pressure of 12 atmospheres for about 3 hours. This results in the preservative penetrating the heart of the wood, stabilizing its structure and providing maximum lifespan while protecting it from fungi, insects, and bacteria.
