Very good! On a Samsung SSD 970 EVO, from 75-80C under heavy load it brought it down to 50C. Samsung has good design for heat management on their NVME drives.

Small and simple packaging.

It paired perfectly with a Lexar NM790 SSD 2TB M.2 type with PCI Express 4.0 connection and heatsink (PS5 Compatible) LNM790X002T-RNNNG and fit easily onto the motherboard.

I have never seen any problems with temperatures, so it does its job just fine for me.

Decent cooler, but nothing extraordinary. While with the motherboard cooler (MSI X870E Gaming Plus Wifi) I was seeing temperatures up to 85C during stress tests of the Crucial T705, with the Be Quiet MC1 they dropped significantly to around 72C. Then I ordered the HR-09 from Thermalright and finally saw temperatures below 60C!

I received it yesterday 21/01/2026 and installed it on my desktop computer and it does the job, it lowers the temperature quite a bit and it's worth it.

Quite good, I got it for Samsung 9100pro, it lowered the temperature by 10 degrees compared to the motherboard's heatsink

I have 2 NVMe Samsung 970pro 512GB in a Raid 0 configuration on a z170a gaming m5 motherboard and I was seeing temperatures up to 98 degrees Celsius on the first slot (near the GPU) and 90 on the lower slot (far from the GPU) - under continuous 100% load (stress test). I installed this specific heatsink on both and the temperatures went to 78 on the upper and 71 on the lower - temperatures under continuous 100% load (30-minute stress test), for everyday use and browsing they no longer exceed 54 degrees Celsius. We're talking about at least a 25-degree drop. One of the best purchases I've made. I would definitely buy it again for a future build.

Combined with Kingston KC3000 on MSI B550 Gaming Plus motherboard, even though the motherboard had a heatsink, I chose this one. It seems to do the job, but I will return in a certain period of time

It dropped a Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB M2 around 6 to 8 degrees sturdy and high-quality construction. The screw of the Gigabyte motherboard I had screwed it without any problem. It would be good to drop the temperature even more

Quality construction with integrated copper heat pipe, reduces temperatures by an average of 6 - 8 degrees. Attention to installation is required due to increased thickness, needing longer screws compared to those included with most motherboards, which unfortunately are not included.

In an SN850X, 10 with 12 degrees below. From 58 to 48, 46 that is.
Of course, when the processor and pciex16 start to warm up, the troubles begin... 5 degrees below on average.

Previously, I had evaluated the simple MC1 PRO, definitely better and it lowers the temperature four degrees lower than the previous one.

It does what it's supposed to, small issue with the thermal pads sticking so much that the screws for support are not really needed, I'm afraid if I need to remove it, it won't come off.

Very good construction quality. It is made of aluminum and has two heat pipes. It covers the SSD from both sides, making it suitable for SSDs that have chips on both sides. The two parts are connected with four screws. The package also includes a magnetic screwdriver for this job - pay attention to the detail. The thermal pad is good, without sticking excessively. It requires careful alignment with the SSD so as not to obstruct the screw that holds it down. The instructions are in English and very detailed. I can't say much about its performance at the moment. It keeps the temperature of the SSD (a Corsair Force MP510 480 GB) stable at 34 degrees, which was also the case before I installed it. However, it is winter and any difference will be noticeable in the summer. Like any passive cooler, it relies on good ventilation of the case. For now, I give it 5 stars due to its good construction, and I will update the review downwards if necessary in the summer.

Very good cooler, it significantly reduced the temperatures on the 960 evo (about 5 degrees). The decrease was mainly measured in the month of August, where I noticed a difference compared to the previous cooler, which I had for the past 2 years, and went from 51 degrees under full load to a maximum temperature of 46 degrees. Its quality is at a very high level and it comes with the appropriate screwdriver

It does what it promises, if you don't make extreme uses again you won't see a big difference, you also have a screwdriver as a gift for the very small screws.

It does what it says! Very good cooling... but, I had a hard time removing it from the hard drive, the thermal pad that it had on top and bottom had stuck to it and had become like chewing gum, anyway with a lot of effort and a spatula I managed to remove it but it requires caution as it can easily cause damage. Also, in order to reinstall it, you will need to find new thermal pads of the same thickness and with good thermal conductivity!!!!!!!!!
