I have purchased two stands at almost the same price to see the differences. This one is the smaller one in the photo.
-- Assembly:
Very easy, this one has instructions inside (the other one does not). You can place the shelves at any height that suits you. You can put two shelves on one side and leave one quarter empty to accommodate tall packages. You can customize it as you wish. It also has notches for hanging chains on all four sides.
Inside, it has rubber bands that you put on the joints of its parts to stabilize them. Both stands had enough rubber bands inside, plus 2 extras for safety. Check the last picture to understand where the rubber bands go, without them, the stand won't stand at all because the shelves will fall off.
-- Base Rotation:
This one is good and has a stable base because its base is quite wide. I wonder why they didn't make it as wide as the width of the case, but anyway, it is very good. The bearing it has consists of small balls on the base, and this specific case can rotate on its own like a turntable if you give it a little push.
-- Size:
This one is slightly smaller than the other one, but I consider it equally functional. For small packages or for a shelf that is not very tall, this is perfect.
Obviously, you can use it for all your bottles or small packages. You can even use it in the kitchen for spices.

5 stars, I will buy another one like this for other shelves where we have small bottles that take up the entire shelf by themselves and have a lot of space above them. It is very convenient.
