The mixer is powerful but the beaters are not reliable. It has been used less than 20 times as recommended by the manufacturer and without being strained. While beating egg whites, the beater broke and I requested a replacement, but Skroutz did not accept the return even though it is under warranty and asked me to contact the representative myself. One star because a mixer without a beater is useless.
UPDATE: June 4, 2025. The company responded to my request and immediately sent me a set of beaters, not just the one that had broken. The extra stars are for their service support.

It is the third Gruppe product I have purchased and they are all reliable and high-quality according to their price.
The only negative thing it has is the short length of the cable.
