In general, I wear medium but I got large because most sweatshirts look better one size up. My mistake. The sweatshirt in large is huge and reaches down to my knees. Also, the inside of the sweatshirt is full of fluff which sheds and sticks to the body. Also, I should mention that the color of the sweatshirt in the picture looks bright red while in reality it is almost orange
