I am a soldier and I have many services on the Evros river and this product literally saved me!! It is one of the most MUST purchases if you work in the cold. It warms up in the area of the abdomen, right and left, and in the back, the same, mainly in the lower part of the back.

Αξίζει τα χρήματα του και να χαλάσει δεν θα στεναχωρεθεις ιδιαίτερα. (Το εχω 2 μήνες καθημερινής χρήσης και είναι σούπερ ντουπερ)
* S.O.S 1ον: Εάν το αγοράσετε να πάρετε 2 νούμερα μεγαλύτερο από ότι φοράτε σε φανελάκι η κοντή μπλούζα γτ είναι κολλητό πάνω σας.
Και 2ον: Εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ κυρίως με 5αρι (5.000mah) powerbank και στο 100% θερμότητα διαρκεί 2 ώρες πάνω κάτω συνεχόμενης διάρκειας.

It did a good job for the cold! My husband used it at his work (as a delivery driver). He had it on the middle step and it kept him somewhat warm. (in the region of Western Macedonia, which means temperatures below zero in winter). After two years of use, it simply didn't turn on one day. Probably some issue with the battery. It was purchased together with the Xiaomi power bank, which is mentioned in other reviews as well. A full charge lasted about 18 hours of work.

Τα σημεία που ζεσταίνει είναι μπροστά στην κοιλιά και πίσω στην μέση και είναι και παρά πολύ ελαφρύ.
Εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ 8 ώρες πάνω σε μηχανάκι χωρίς σταματημό με ένα 20αρι power bank και μου μένει και μπαταρία στο power bank.
Προσοχή θέλει το νούμερο όποτε δοκιμάστε το πριν το αγοράσετε ή συνεννοηθείτε με το κατάστημα για το νούμερο και να έχετε πάντα κατά νου ότι πρέπει να σας είναι τσίτα και όχι φαρδύ αλλιώς δεν θα σας ζεστάνει!!

Perfect.... simply.... I have had it for 4 months and I would buy it again. I bought it to dress lighter in winter with the cold. Really, with a shirt and a North Face jacket in the winter cold, I was fine outside, especially in the outdoors where it is common to sit outside in winter. I bought this product for my commutes to and from work on my motorcycle. So, the issue is as follows:
1. It has good construction quality. The material is like... or it really is... neoprene (I'm not sure). It is the material from which diving suits are made. Or something similar.
2. It is partially elastic and has a nice feel as a material.
3. It provides warmth, but the layering of clothes should be as follows: base layer, vest, fleece, windbreaker. This way, you will have the best thermal performance. I recommend this for workers on motorcycles and in outdoor conditions.
4. Another option for the same scenario (work in outdoor conditions) is: base layer, woolen shirt, vest, fleece, windbreaker.
5. It has two levels of warmth. It doesn't provide much warmth on either level, but that's not its main function anyway. It is an auxiliary garment. With the right combination of clothes, it is a good purchase.
6. DO NOT wear it over a shirt, wear it directly after the base layer. If you wear it over thick fabric, it WILL NOT help. (personal opinion, of course).
7. CAUTION! The sizes are NOT objective. They are made for ASIAN sizes. That's what the company selling them informed me. I bought XL and couldn't even close it. A general rule that I believe will help you in choosing is as follows: calculate three sizes up from the size you wear in regular clothes. This means that some body types CANNOT wear it at all. It doesn't exist in their size. I wear XL in regular clothes and bought 4XL for it to close, it closes at the limit, without being tight.
8. The company selling them has NOT made a mistake, the sizes are like that from the manufacturing. Don't start yelling at them. The people are trying to inform.
9. If it gets wet, which it shouldn't, DO NOT dry it near a heat source, let it dry on its own away from heat. Also, personally, I wouldn't put it in the washing machine. There are special foams and cleaning products for different materials that you can use.
Αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν για τα δρομολόγια από...και προς την εργασία μου με μηχανή. Λοιπόν, το θέμα έχει ως εξής:
1. Έχει καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής. Το υλικό είναι σαν....ή όντως είναι...νεοπρένιο (δεν είμαι σίγουρος). Είναι το υλικό από το οποίο κατασκευάζονται οι καταδυτικές στολές. Ή είναι κάτι παρόμοιο.
2. Είναι ελαστικό (μερικώς) και έχει ωραία αίσθηση ως υλικό.
3. Ζεσταίνει αλλά η συστοιχία των ρούχων πρέπει να είναι η εξής : φανέλα, το γιλέκο, φλις, αντιανεμικό, Με αυτό τον τρόπο, θα έχετε την καλύτερη απόδοση για θερμότητα. Αυτό το προτείνω για εργαζόμενους με μηχανή και εξωτερικές συνθήκες.
4. Επόμενος τρόπος για την ίδια περίπτωση (εργασία σε εξωτερικές συνθήκες) είναι : φανέλα μάλλινη, γιλέκο, φλις, αντιανεμικό.
5. Έχει δύο επίπεδα θερμότητας. Δε ζεσταίνει πολύ σε κανένα επίπεδο, αλλά δεν είναι έτσι κι αλλιώς η λειτουργία του αυτή. Είναι ρούχο υποβοήθησης. Με σωστό συνδυασμό ρούχων, είναι μια καλή αγορά.
6. ΜΗ το φορέσετε πάνω από μπλούζα, βάλτε το κατευθείαν μετά την φανέλα. Αν το βάλετε πάνω από χοντρό ύφασμα, ΔΕ θα βοηθήσει. (προσωπική άποψη εννοείται).
7. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΉ! Τα μεγέθη ΔΕΝ είναι αντικειμενικά. Είναι κατασκευασμένο για μεγέθη ΚΙΝΑΣ. Έτσι με ενημέρωσε η εταιρεία που τα πουλάει. Αγόρασα XL και δεν μπορούσα καν να το κλείσω. Γενικός κανόνας που πιστεύω θα σας βοηθήσει στην επιλογή είναι ο εξής : από το νούμερο που φοράτε στα τυπικά ρούχα, υπολογίστε τρία νούμερα πάνω. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι κάποιοι σωματότυποι ΔΕ μπορούν με τίποτα να το φορέσουν. Δεν υπάρχει στο νούμερό τους. Φοράω XL στα κανονικά ρούχα και αγόρασα 4XL για να κλείνει και πάλι, κλείνει στο όριο, χωρίς όμως να με στενεύει.
8. Η εταιρεία που τα πουλάει ΔΕΝ έχει κάνει κάτι λάθος, έτσι είναι τα νούμερα από κατασκευής. Μην τους αρχίσετε στις φωνές. Προσπαθούν οι άνθρωποι να ενημερώσουν.
9. Αν βραχεί, που δε θα έπρεπε, ΜΗ το στεγνώσετε σε θερμαντικό σώμα κοντά, αφήστε το να στεγνώσει μόνο του μακριά από θερμότητα. Επίσης, δε θα το έβαζα προσωπικά σε πλυντήριο, υπάρχουν ειδικοί αφροί και προϊόντα καθαρισμού, για διάφορα υλικά, που θα μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε.

I recently bought it out of curiosity and because of the good reviews it had, it convinced me to try it.
I will use it with the Xiaomi Redmi 18w fast charge 20000mAh power bank. It fits well in the pocket of my vest, although it is a bit heavier than other thinner and smaller ones in terms of mAh.
At first glance, it doesn't convince for something extraordinary, but it is a product close to the money spent on the purchase.
The connection cable-plug seems "passive", if you constantly plug and unplug the power bank, it seems easy to damage.
On the other hand, next week when I will be out at night, I am looking forward to testing its capabilities (as they are expecting cold weather) and its autonomy with a 20000 power bank, and I will come back with performance results.
As other people have written, at least two sizes bigger to fit you. I got it in xxxl and I am about 178 cm, 83 kg. After a phone call with the store for certainty. As a first test, I wore it comfortably with thermal underwear, a shirt, and a work jacket.

Battery life:
I used it for 3 days for about 3.5 hours total per day on the highest setting and it still has 2 bars on the power bank (with the power bank mentioned above). I cannot give an opinion on the duration of continuous use, and I don't think I will use it continuously (I avoid using it continuously because I don't know how good it is for the body to have direct heat for a long time without proper ventilation).
Hygiene:
The cheap material of it has a strong smell, but it is bearable, I think. Also, it doesn't breathe well, when I took it off, I had intense sweating and I couldn't wait to take a shower. I never had problems with just the thermal underwear.
Safety:
I place the power bank in an external pocket of my work jacket with an extra USB cable for safety because I was afraid to have it in the pocket of my vest. The pocket that allows you to place the power bank, due to the long cable, is exactly in a "heating" zone, and I considered it dangerous. It is also certain that the temperature created by the vest will reduce the lifespan of the power bank.
Performance:
For its price, it performs perfectly in temperatures of 1-5 degrees Celsius so far, I didn't expect that. I haven't had the chance to use it in lower temperatures than the ones mentioned above yet, but I believe that with the performance so far, it will do well and be a significant help in dealing with the cold.
Lifespan:
This is something that I leave open for now and I will come back to it. If it lasts at least two winters, I will be very satisfied.

Εκ πρώτης όψεως δεν πείθει για κάτι τρομερό αλλά προϊόν κοντά στα χρήματα που ξοδεύτηκαν για την αγορά.
Το καλώδιο σύνδεσης-βυσμα φαίνεται "παθητικό" ,αν βγάζεις και βάζεις συνεχώς το power Bank μοιάζει εύκολο να καταστραφεί.
Από την άλλη εβδομάδα που θα είμαι νύχτα περιμένω να δοκιμάσω τις δυνατότητες του ( καθώς περιμένουν κρύα) και την αυτονομία του με 20000 powerbank και θα επανέλθω με επιδόσεις.
Όπως έχουν γράψει και τα άλλα παιδιά τουλάχιστο δύο νούμερα μεγαλύτερο για να σας κάνει. Εγώ το πήρα xxxl και είμαι περίπου 178 83 κιλά . κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής συνεννόησης με το κατάστημα φυσικά για σιγουριά.σαν πρώτη δοκιμή το φορεσα άνετα με ισοθερμικό, μπλούζα και από πάνω μπουφάν εργασίας.

Αυτονομία :
Το δούλεψα 3 μέρες για περίπου 3,5 ωρες σύνολο ανά ημέρα στη δυνατότερη σκάλα και ακόμα έχει το powerbank 2 γραμμές.(με το powerbank που ανέφερα παραπάνω)
Δε μπορώ να εκφέρω γνώμη για διάρκεια σε συνεχόμενη χρήση και δε νομίζω ότι θα το δουλέψω συνεχόμενα.(αποφεύγω να το δουλεύω συνεχόμενα γιατί δεν ξέρω κατά πόσο κάνει καλό όλη αυτή η ζέστη απευθείας στο σώμα για μεγάλη διάρκεια και χωρίς να αναπνέει επίσης κανονικά. )
Υγιεινή :
μυρίζει αρκετά το φθηνό υλικό του , αλλά υποφέρεται θεωρώ. Επίσης δεν αναπνέει καλά το σώμα , όταν το έβγαλα είχα έντονη φαγούρα και περίμενα πως και πως να κάνω μπάνιο. ποτέ δεν είχα προβλήματα με σκέτο το ισοθερμικό.
Ασφάλεια:
Το powerbank το τοποθετώ σε εξωτερική τσέπη του μπουφάν εργασίας μου με έξτρα καλώδιο usb, για ασφάλεια , γιατί με φόβισε να είναι στη τσέπη του γιλέκου.
Το τσεπακι που επιτρέπει να τοποθετήσεις , λόγο μακρους καλωδίου ,το powerbank εναι πανω ακριβώς σε "ζώνη" θέρμανσης και το θεώρησα επικίνδυνο, επίσης είναι σίγουρο ότι θα μειώσει και την ζωή του power bank η θερμοκρασία που δημιουργεί το γιλέκο.
Απόδοση :
Για τα λεφτά του, αποδίδει άψογα σε θερμοκρασίες 1-5 βαθμούς μέχρι τωρα,δε το περίμενα. Δεν έτυχε να το χρησιμοποιήσω σε χαμηλότερες θερμοκρασίες των προαναφερθέντων ακόμα αλλά πιστεύω με τη μέχρι τώρα απόδοση θα τα πάει καλά και θα είναι ένα σημαντικό βοήθημα αντιμετώπισης του κρύου.
Διάρκεια ζωής :
Αυτό είναι κάτι που το αφήνω ανοιχτό προς το παρόν και θα επανέλθω. αν βγάλει έστω δύο χειμώνες, θα είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος πάντως.

I am a soldier and I have many services on the Evros river and this product literally saved me!! It is one of the most MUST purchases if you work in the cold. It warms up in the area of the abdomen, right and left, and in the back, the same, mainly in the lower part of the back.

It did a good job for the cold! My husband used it at his work (as a delivery driver). He had it on the middle step and it kept him somewhat warm. (in the region of Western Macedonia, which means temperatures below zero in winter). After two years of use, it simply didn't turn on one day. Probably some issue with the battery. It was purchased together with the Xiaomi power bank, which is mentioned in other reviews as well. A full charge lasted about 18 hours of work.

Τα σημεία που ζεσταίνει είναι μπροστά στην κοιλιά και πίσω στην μέση και είναι και παρά πολύ ελαφρύ.
Εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ 8 ώρες πάνω σε μηχανάκι χωρίς σταματημό με ένα 20αρι power bank και μου μένει και μπαταρία στο power bank.
Προσοχή θέλει το νούμερο όποτε δοκιμάστε το πριν το αγοράσετε ή συνεννοηθείτε με το κατάστημα για το νούμερο και να έχετε πάντα κατά νου ότι πρέπει να σας είναι τσίτα και όχι φαρδύ αλλιώς δεν θα σας ζεστάνει!!

Perfect.... simply.... I have had it for 4 months and I would buy it again. I bought it to dress lighter in winter with the cold. I bought this product for my commutes to and from work on my motorcycle. So, the issue is as follows:
1. It has good construction quality. The material is like... or it really is... neoprene (I'm not sure). It is the material from which diving suits are made. Or something similar.
2. It is partially elastic and has a nice feel as a material.
3. It provides warmth, but the layering of clothes should be as follows: base layer, vest, fleece, windbreaker. This way, you will have the best thermal performance. I recommend this for workers on motorcycles and in outdoor conditions.
4. Another option for the same scenario (work in outdoor conditions) is: base layer, woolen shirt, vest, fleece, windbreaker.
5. It has two levels of warmth. It doesn't provide much warmth on either level, but that's not its main function anyway. It is an auxiliary garment. With the right combination of clothes, it is a good purchase.
6. DO NOT wear it over a shirt, wear it directly after the base layer. If you wear it over thick fabric, it WILL NOT help. (personal opinion, of course).
7. CAUTION! The sizes are NOT objective. They are made for ASIAN sizes. That's what the company selling them informed me. I bought XL and couldn't even close it. A general rule that I believe will help you in choosing is as follows: calculate three sizes up from the size you wear in regular clothes. This means that some body types CANNOT wear it at all. It doesn't exist in their size. I wear XL in regular clothes and bought 4XL for it to close, it closes at the limit, without being tight.
8. The company selling them has NOT made a mistake, the sizes are like that from the manufacturing. Don't start yelling at them. The people are trying to inform.
9. If it gets wet, which it shouldn't, DO NOT dry it near a heat source, let it dry on its own away from heat. Also, personally, I wouldn't put it in the washing machine. There are special foams and cleaning products for different materials that you can use.
Αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν για τα δρομολόγια από...και προς την εργασία μου με μηχανή. Λοιπόν, το θέμα έχει ως εξής:
1. Έχει καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής. Το υλικό είναι σαν....ή όντως είναι...νεοπρένιο (δεν είμαι σίγουρος). Είναι το υλικό από το οποίο κατασκευάζονται οι καταδυτικές στολές. Ή είναι κάτι παρόμοιο.
2. Είναι ελαστικό (μερικώς) και έχει ωραία αίσθηση ως υλικό.
3. Ζεσταίνει αλλά η συστοιχία των ρούχων πρέπει να είναι η εξής : φανέλα, το γιλέκο, φλις, αντιανεμικό, Με αυτό τον τρόπο, θα έχετε την καλύτερη απόδοση για θερμότητα. Αυτό το προτείνω για εργαζόμενους με μηχανή και εξωτερικές συνθήκες.
4. Επόμενος τρόπος για την ίδια περίπτωση (εργασία σε εξωτερικές συνθήκες) είναι : φανέλα μάλλινη, γιλέκο, φλις, αντιανεμικό.
5. Έχει δύο επίπεδα θερμότητας. Δε ζεσταίνει πολύ σε κανένα επίπεδο, αλλά δεν είναι έτσι κι αλλιώς η λειτουργία του αυτή. Είναι ρούχο υποβοήθησης. Με σωστό συνδυασμό ρούχων, είναι μια καλή αγορά.
6. ΜΗ το φορέσετε πάνω από μπλούζα, βάλτε το κατευθείαν μετά την φανέλα. Αν το βάλετε πάνω από χοντρό ύφασμα, ΔΕ θα βοηθήσει. (προσωπική άποψη εννοείται).
7. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΉ! Τα μεγέθη ΔΕΝ είναι αντικειμενικά. Είναι κατασκευασμένο για μεγέθη ΚΙΝΑΣ. Έτσι με ενημέρωσε η εταιρεία που τα πουλάει. Αγόρασα XL και δεν μπορούσα καν να το κλείσω. Γενικός κανόνας που πιστεύω θα σας βοηθήσει στην επιλογή είναι ο εξής : από το νούμερο που φοράτε στα τυπικά ρούχα, υπολογίστε τρία νούμερα πάνω. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι κάποιοι σωματότυποι ΔΕ μπορούν με τίποτα να το φορέσουν. Δεν υπάρχει στο νούμερό τους. Φοράω XL στα κανονικά ρούχα και αγόρασα 4XL για να κλείνει και πάλι, κλείνει στο όριο, χωρίς όμως να με στενεύει.
8. Η εταιρεία που τα πουλάει ΔΕΝ έχει κάνει κάτι λάθος, έτσι είναι τα νούμερα από κατασκευής. Μην τους αρχίσετε στις φωνές. Προσπαθούν οι άνθρωποι να ενημερώσουν.
9. Αν βραχεί, που δε θα έπρεπε, ΜΗ το στεγνώσετε σε θερμαντικό σώμα κοντά, αφήστε το να στεγνώσει μόνο του μακριά από θερμότητα. Επίσης, δε θα το έβαζα προσωπικά σε πλυντήριο, υπάρχουν ειδικοί αφροί και προϊόντα καθαρισμού, για διάφορα υλικά, που θα μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε.

Μέτριο προϊόν. Δεν ζεσταίνει ολόκληρο και σε μερικά σημεία ζεσταίνει περισσότερο. Προσοχή στο μέγεθος πήρα το medium και θέλω large. Να το φοράτε πάνω από άλλο ρούχο.
I recently bought it out of curiosity and because of the good reviews it had, it convinced me to try it.
I will use it with the Xiaomi Redmi 18w fast charge 20000mAh power bank. It fits well in the pocket of my vest, although it is a bit heavier than other thinner and smaller ones in terms of mAh.
At first glance, it doesn't convince for something extraordinary, but it is a product close to the money spent on the purchase.
The connection cable-plug seems "passive", if you constantly plug and unplug the power bank, it seems easy to damage.
On the other hand, next week when I will be out at night, I am looking forward to testing its capabilities (as they are expecting cold weather) and its autonomy with a 20000 power bank, and I will come back with performance results.
As other people have written, at least two sizes bigger to fit you. I got it in xxxl and I am about 178 cm, 83 kg. After a phone call with the store for certainty. As a first test, I wore it comfortably with thermal underwear, a shirt, and a work jacket.

Battery life:
I used it for 3 days for about 3.5 hours total per day on the highest setting and it still has 2 bars on the power bank (with the power bank mentioned above). I cannot give an opinion on the duration of continuous use, and I don't think I will use it continuously (I avoid using it continuously because I don't know how good it is for the body to have direct heat for a long time without proper ventilation).
Hygiene:
The cheap material of it has a strong smell, but it is bearable, I think. Also, it doesn't breathe well, when I took it off, I had intense sweating and I couldn't wait to take a shower. I never had problems with just the thermal underwear.
Safety:
I place the power bank in an external pocket of my work jacket with an extra USB cable for safety because I was afraid to have it in the pocket of my vest. The pocket that allows you to place the power bank, due to the long cable, is exactly in a "heating" zone, and I considered it dangerous. It is also certain that the temperature created by the vest will reduce the lifespan of the power bank.
Performance:
For its price, it performs perfectly in temperatures of 1-5 degrees Celsius so far, I didn't expect that. I haven't had the chance to use it in lower temperatures than the ones mentioned above yet, but I believe that with the performance so far, it will do well and be a significant help in dealing with the cold.
Lifespan:
This is something that I leave open for now and I will come back to it. If it lasts at least two winters, I will be very satisfied.

Θα το χρησιμοποιήσω με το power bank της Xiaomi
Redmi 18 w fast charge 20000mah. Χώρεσε καλά στην τσέπη του γιλέκου αν και βαραίνει λίγο παραπάνω από άλλα πιο λεπτά και πιο μικρά σε mah .
Εκ πρώτης όψεως δεν πείθει για κάτι τρομερό αλλά προϊόν κοντά στα χρήματα που ξοδεύτηκαν για την αγορά.
Το καλώδιο σύνδεσης-βυσμα φαίνεται "παθητικό" ,αν βγάζεις και βάζεις συνεχώς το power Bank μοιάζει εύκολο να καταστραφεί.
Από την άλλη εβδομάδα που θα είμαι νύχτα περιμένω να δοκιμάσω τις δυνατότητες του ( καθώς περιμένουν κρύα) και την αυτονομία του με 20000 powerbank και θα επανέλθω με επιδόσεις.
Όπως έχουν γράψει και τα άλλα παιδιά τουλάχιστο δύο νούμερα μεγαλύτερο για να σας κάνει. Εγώ το πήρα xxxl και είμαι περίπου 178 83 κιλά . κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής συνεννόησης με το κατάστημα φυσικά για σιγουριά.σαν πρώτη δοκιμή το φορεσα άνετα με ισοθερμικό, μπλούζα και από πάνω μπουφάν εργασίας.

Αυτονομία :
Το δούλεψα 3 μέρες για περίπου 3,5 ωρες σύνολο ανά ημέρα στη δυνατότερη σκάλα και ακόμα έχει το powerbank 2 γραμμές.(με το powerbank που ανέφερα παραπάνω)
Δε μπορώ να εκφέρω γνώμη για διάρκεια σε συνεχόμενη χρήση και δε νομίζω ότι θα το δουλέψω συνεχόμενα.(αποφεύγω να το δουλεύω συνεχόμενα γιατί δεν ξέρω κατά πόσο κάνει καλό όλη αυτή η ζέστη απευθείας στο σώμα για μεγάλη διάρκεια και χωρίς να αναπνέει επίσης κανονικά. )
Υγιεινή :
μυρίζει αρκετά το φθηνό υλικό του , αλλά υποφέρεται θεωρώ. Επίσης δεν αναπνέει καλά το σώμα , όταν το έβγαλα είχα έντονη φαγούρα και περίμενα πως και πως να κάνω μπάνιο. ποτέ δεν είχα προβλήματα με σκέτο το ισοθερμικό.
Ασφάλεια:
Το powerbank το τοποθετώ σε εξωτερική τσέπη του μπουφάν εργασίας μου με έξτρα καλώδιο usb, για ασφάλεια , γιατί με φόβισε να είναι στη τσέπη του γιλέκου.
Το τσεπακι που επιτρέπει να τοποθετήσεις , λόγο μακρους καλωδίου ,το powerbank εναι πανω ακριβώς σε "ζώνη" θέρμανσης και το θεώρησα επικίνδυνο, επίσης είναι σίγουρο ότι θα μειώσει και την ζωή του power bank η θερμοκρασία που δημιουργεί το γιλέκο.
Απόδοση :
Για τα λεφτά του, αποδίδει άψογα σε θερμοκρασίες 1-5 βαθμούς μέχρι τωρα,δε το περίμενα. Δεν έτυχε να το χρησιμοποιήσω σε χαμηλότερες θερμοκρασίες των προαναφερθέντων ακόμα αλλά πιστεύω με τη μέχρι τώρα απόδοση θα τα πάει καλά και θα είναι ένα σημαντικό βοήθημα αντιμετώπισης του κρύου.
Διάρκεια ζωής :
Αυτό είναι κάτι που το αφήνω ανοιχτό προς το παρόν και θα επανέλθω. αν βγάλει έστω δύο χειμώνες, θα είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος πάντως.
