I preferred it OVER other such products because at least this one has 2 little screws at the edges of the GRATE that you can remove to clean it. The GRATE may rust over the years as CORRECTLY shown in photos by other users! Maybe it also depends on the water in the area, if it has minerals, etc., or if bleach or strong cleaners are used.
The 2 little screws are STAINLESS fortunately. However, you have the ADVANTAGE of being able to replace the GRATE, the VALVE, and the LID by buying a new one at a good price from here on skroutz. Since the square part all around is probably glued with tile adhesive and to change it would be a hassle.
