Antonis was a clever little troublemaker who wouldn't let anyone be at peace: the neighborhood children, his uncles, the jugs of the famous Barbagiannis of Kanata, and even the king's dog! He was daring, resilient to blows, and reckless.

He performed acrobatics, caught lizards, and one day he didn't hesitate to venture out to sea in a boat. It's no wonder he earned the nickname: “Crazy Antonis.” Summer vacations filled with antics and mischief, but also with a sense of justice.

When he was at fault, he patiently accepted the punishments, thus winning the admiration of his younger siblings, while he himself wished to be like the heroes who fought and won freedom for their homeland… The carefree days of childhood, funny situations, and emotion alternate in the beautiful neighborhood of Kastella in Piraeus and some of the pristine beaches of that time.
