Wrong connection instructions in the accompanying leaflet. The lower contacts, according to confirmation from the importer's technician, were supposed to be short-circuited as they have a copper bar that would facilitate the grounding connection. In the end, they were not or did not make proper contact, and I realized this after the assembly of the new panel was completed and I had no grounding in the house.

It was installed after the main safety switch and before the circuit breaker. It was connected with very short cables to the phase and neutral on the upper contacts. The grounding coming from the meter should ideally go to a clamp next to the lightning rod and from there to the grounding of the lightning rod and to the grounding bar.

I hope it at least does what it's supposed to do with the surge voltages.

After 5 months of operation, it started leaking the leakage relay.. something very rare for a surge protector as the electrician told us, probably a material defect or a mistake.. 2 stars for the 5 months of operation...

Incomplete and incorrect connection instructions, which is unacceptable, hence one star deducted. It has not been tested in lightning yet. Good price at 27 euros

I had barely installed them and with yesterday's storm they did their job! There was a serious power surge in the area due to the bad weather and some neighbors had certain sensitive devices "fried". In my own house, the surge protector worked and the circuit breaker tripped. The fuse, of course, was destroyed, but that was its job. No damage to the installation or equipment.
