- Gently press the adhesive cups onto your skin for maximum support.
- Pull down both strings together while lifting the front closure.
- Once the desired effect is achieved, secure the front closure by tying it.

Recommendations:
- Hand wash with warm water and mild soap after each use, pat, and allow to air dry.

- Do not use a towel or hairdryer.
