It was supposed to fit the scooter but various modifications had to be made, it was a real hassle and after relatively few uses it broke.

Ideally, it should have a little more elasticity. If you encounter roads with potholes (in Greece we ONLY have such roads), it will crack in the first week (as it happened!)
