    I have it since newborn. Wearing it as a bracelet, the baby didn't pay any attention. The sound is very low (2 sounds 1. wrist sounds like paper and the head sounds like balls). Now, at 1.5 months, if you shake it in front of him, he shows some interest. If you wear it completely indifferent.
