    I use it after a hot bath, especially on the areas where I have muscle pain. I pour hot water, dry the areas, and apply this ointment directly, and honestly, it's as if I've put ice on after 15-20 minutes.

    I bought it for relief in my legs, after many hours of standing. It has a nice scent that is not bothersome, but it is not very effective. It does not cool the affected area enough unless you use half the tube, but that is not cost-effective. I prefer Algotech Algotreat Freeze Massage, which is more effective but has a more bothersome scent.
