Thanks to this construction, the flavors of the ingredients remain intact during cooking. The unique rounded shape of these pots makes them ideal for sauces and for mixing ingredients while cooking. Their stainless steel handles do not heat up during cooking.

    I bought it during the coronavirus and online the largest size (26) and obviously I didn't check it until I received it. Externally it had some scratches and the store told me to contact Cristel in France. After countless attempts, I have to say that they didn't pay me any attention, they did nothing for the defective product worth 200 euros and a company is also evaluated by its after-sales service. So 0 for that. As for the product, good quality, no seams, ideal for low temperatures...what you expect from a pot of this price.
