The Neo Tools 99-040 work light combines two light sources: a 10 W COB LED with a luminous flux of 750 lm and a 3 W CREE XPG LED with a luminous flux of 250 lm. Both sources can operate simultaneously, and the light has three modes: main LED, secondary LED, or both together. The handle also functions as a stand, and the light can also be used as a power bank.

It is powered by a rechargeable 3.7 V, 2600 mAh Li-ion battery. Charging takes 4.5 hours, and runtime is up to 5 hours. The housing is made of ABS and TRP, with reinforced corners. The IP44 rating provides protection against solid particles and water splashed from any direction.
