However, this upgraded version remains cheap but DOES NOT CUT. It is unacceptable to have to pass over the same spot ten times on my nose and ears to achieve what the old Philips did in one pass. It's a waste of money. Why did you guys replace a perfect machine with this torture?

You have to go over the same spot multiple times. The tip of the machine that goes inside the ear is short, and while it doesn't hurt no matter how much force you apply, it just doesn't cut, guys... I would have been better off buying a simple one for 5 euros instead of spending 25, thinking that the name Philips would make a difference.
