Purchased about 8 months ago to replace a zeolite dehumidifier, Inventor Rise, of slightly lower capacity, whose fan after 7 years of use started making a loud noise.
It was placed in the center of a 120 sq.m. house with an average humidity of about 60 – 65%, with new window frames but without any other special insulation. The average room height is 2.8 m.
One of the first things I did was to remove the HEPA filter mainly because it reduced the dehumidifier's performance by 30% (this is also stated in the manual).
From power consumption measurements, the power consumption of this unit on high is about 770 w while on medium it is 450 w. Personally, I keep it permanently on high.
As with the Inventor, a big plus is that compared to a similar compressor dehumidifier, it also provides heating due to the way it operates.
Not that it has been particularly cold so far, but only with this dehumidifier and no other heating device on, the house temperature in October – November has never dropped below 22°C (with outside temperatures ranging from 17 – 20°C).
Even for 120 sq.m., which is theoretically the upper limit of its capabilities, humidity drops from 60 to 55% relatively quickly (always with the fan on high).
Among its functional advantages is the large 4 l tank, which automatically means it doesn't need frequent emptying.
As for construction, although mostly made of plastic, it seems to be of good quality and should last over time.
Regarding noise, on high, it is by no means silent but personally it doesn't bother me. On medium, my computer is louder than the dehumidifier.
Regarding power consumption, 770 w for a solid 5-6 hours of operation per day is not little, but in a way, this energy consumption is offset by the fact that practically for half the winter period, we will get by as a family with just this and nothing else on (radiators, air conditioning, etc.)
Finally, Puredry is a Greek company as far as I understand, so I want to believe that, if anything is needed, there will be someone to communicate with and I won't have to search left and right to sort things out with external partners (I hope...).
In conclusion, I recommend it unreservedly.

Τοποθετήθηκε στο κέντρο ενός σπιτιού 120 τ.μ. με μέση υγρασία περίπου 60 – 65 % με καινούρια κουφώματα αλλά χωρίς κάποια άλλη ιδιαίτερη μόνωση. Το μέσο ύψος των δωματίων είναι 2.8 m.
Από τις πρώτες κινήσεις που έκανα ήταν να βγάλω το φίλτρο HEPA κυρίως διότι μείωνε την απόδοση του αφυγραντήρα κατά 30 % (αυτό αναγράφεται και στο manual).
Από μετρήσεις καταναλώσεων ρεύματος λοιπόν, η κατανάλωση ισχύος του συγκεκριμένου στο high είναι της τάξεως των 770 w ενώ στο medium 450 w. Προσωπικά το έχω μόνιμα στο high.
Όπως στον inventor έτσι και σε αυτόν, μεγάλο + είναι ότι σε σύγκριση με αντίστοιχο αφυγραντήρα με συμπιεστή, προσφέρει λόγω του τρόπου λειτουργίας του και θέρμανση.
Όχι ότι έχει κάνει και ιδιαίτερο κρύο μέχρι τώρα, αλλά μόνο με τον συγκεκριμένο αφυγραντήρα και καμία άλλη συσκευή θέρμανσης ενεργοποιημένη, η θερμοκρασία του σπιτιού Οκτώβριο – Νοέμβριο δεν έχει πέσει έως τώρα ποτέ κάτω από 22 οC (με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία κυμαινόμενη από 17 – 20 Οc).
Ακόμα και για 120 τ.μ. που θεωρητικά είναι το άνω όριο των δυνατοτήτων του συγκεκριμένου, η υγρασία πέφτει από 60 σε 55 % σχετικά γρήγορα (πάντα με τον ανεμιστήρα στο high).
Στα λειτουργικά πλεονεκτήματά του επίσης, είναι ο μεγάλος κάδος 4 l που σημαίνει αυτόματα ότι δεν χρειάζεται συχνό άδειασμα.
Σαν κατασκευή, αν και φτιαγμένος από πλαστικό ως επί το πλείστων, φαίνεται ποιοτική και ότι θα αντέξει σε βάθος χρόνου.
Από θέμα θορύβου, στο high, σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είναι αθόρυβος αλλά προσωπικά δεν με ενοχλεί. Στο medium, πιο πολύ ακούγεται ο υπολογιστής μου παρά ο αφυγραντήρας.
Αναφορικά στην κατανάλωση ρεύματος, 770 w ένα καθαρό 5 ωρο -6 ωρο λειτουργίας την ημέρα δεν είναι λίγα, αλλά κατά κάποιον τρόπο αυτή η ενεργειακή κατανάλωση αντισταθμίζεται από το γεγονός ότι πρακτικά τη μισή χειμερινή περίοδο θα την βγάλλουμε οικογενειακώς μόνο με αυτόν και χωρίς τίποτα άλλο αναμμένο (καλοριφερ, κλιματισμό κ.ο.κ.)
Τέλος, η Puredry είναι Ελληνική εταιρεία από ότι κατάλαβα, άρα θέλω να πιστεύω ότι, αν απαιτηθεί το οτιδήποτε, θα υπάρχει άνθρωπος να συνεννοηθώ και δεν θα ψάχνομαι δεξιά και αριστερά να βγάλω άκρη με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (ελπίζω δηλαδή…).

Ideal for the bedroom. It doesn't make much noise, it stops automatically when it reaches the desired humidity, and it raises the temperature in the room by 1-2 degrees when it operates. I also didn't detect any trace of odor. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Purchased two months ago for an old house of 85 sqm with a height of 4.5 meters, I mention this because the volume of air plays a role in performance and economy. Its screen is blue in color, very nice and clear, with four buttons and an easy-to-use menu. When I first turned it on, the house had 87% humidity and I asked it for 55%, it worked continuously on the high setting for an afternoon and reached the desired level, then it would turn off and on periodically, measuring the humidity. It worked again during the night because the tank was full in the morning. It always works when I cook and take a bath. It takes 3 hours to dry synthetic clothes and 5-6 hours for wool and cotton clothes (clothes on the drying rack in the bathroom, which measures 2x3x4.5 meters, 5 sqm).
Among its many positives, it raises the room temperature by 2-4 degrees and the air conditioner works minimally. I have installed smart meters and monitor consumption, compared to before, I have 200 kWh less per month on the A/C and +115 on the dehumidifier, so I have saved money while improving the atmosphere of the house. The dehumidifier is definitely ESSENTIAL! and I regret not buying it earlier. Otherwise, the noise on the high setting is minimal and on the low setting, it's nonexistent, the same sound as a PC. The tank is easily removable, has a carrying handle and a silicone cap, and also has a silicone hose for continuous drainage when I am away from home for more than a day.
Αγορασμένος εδώ και δύο μήνες σε παλιό σπίτι 85 τ.μ. με ύψος 4,5 μέτρα, το αναφέρω γιατί ο όγκος του αέρα παίζει ρόλο στην απόδοση και την οικονομία. Η οθόνη του είναι χρώματος μπλε πολύ ωραία και ευδιάκριτη, έχει τέσσερα κουμπιά με εύκολο menu λειτουργίας. Όταν τον πρωτοέβαλα σε λειτουργία το σπίτι είχε 87% υγρασία και του ζήτησα 55%, δούλεψε ακατάπαυστα στη high σκάλα για ένα απόγευμα και έφτασε στο επιθυμητό, μετά έσβησε κατά διαστήματα δούλευε και έσβηνε μετρώντας την υγρασία. Ξαναδούλεψε μέσα στην νύχτα γιατί το πρωί το δοχείο ήταν γεμάτο. Δουλεύει πάντα όταν μαγειρεύω και κάνω μπάνιο. Στο στέγνωμα των ρούχων κάνει 3 ώρες για τα συνθετικά και 5-6 ώρες στα μάλλινα και βαμβακερά (τα ρούχα στην απλώστρα μέσα στο μπάνιο 2Χ3Χ4,5 5τ.μ.)
Στα πολύ θετικά του ότι ανεβάζει την θερμοκρασία του χώρου 2-4 βαθμούς και το κλιματιστικό δουλεύει ελάχιστα. Έχω βάλει έξυπνους μετρητές και ελέγχω την κατανάλωση, συγκριτικά με πριν έχω στον μήνα -200kwh λιγότερες στο A/C και +115 στον αφυγραντήρα άρα έκανα οικονομία βελτιώνοντας και την ατμόσφαιρα του σπιτιού. Ο αφυγραντήρας τελικά είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΟΣ ΤΕΛΟΣ !! και μετανιώνω που δεν τον αγόρασα νωρίτερα. Κατά τα άλλα ο θόρυβος στη high λειτουργία είναι ελάχιστος και στη low λειτουργία ανύπαρκτους ίδιος ήχος με το pc. Το δοχείο του αφαιρείτε εύκολα έχει χερούλι μεταφοράς και καπάκι σιλικονούχο, επίσης έχει και σωλήνα σιλικονουχο μια μόνιμη απορροή για όταν λείπω από το σπίτι για πάνω από μία ημέρες.

Όταν τον πρωτοέβαλα σε λειτουργία το σπίτι είχε 87% υγρασία και του ζήτησα 55%, δούλεψε ακατάπαυστα στη high σκάλα για ένα απόγευμα και έφτασε στο επιθυμητό, μετά έσβησε κατά διαστήματα δούλευε και έσβηνε μετρώντας την υγρασία. Ξαναδούλεψε μέσα στην νύχτα γιατί το πρωί το δοχείο ήταν γεμάτο. Δουλεύει πάντα όταν μαγειρεύω και κάνω μπάνιο. Στο στέγνωμα των ρούχων κάνει 3 ώρες για τα συνθετικά και 5-6 ώρες στα μάλλινα και βαμβακερά (τα ρούχα στην απλώστρα μέσα στο μπάνιο 2Χ3Χ4,5 5τ.μ.)
Στα πολύ θετικά του ότι ανεβάζει την θερμοκρασία του χώρου 2-4 βαθμούς και το κλιματιστικό δουλεύει ελάχιστα. Έχω βάλει έξυπνους μετρητές και ελέγχω την κατανάλωση, συγκριτικά με πριν έχω στον μήνα -200kwh λιγότερες στο A/C και +115 στον αφυγραντήρα άρα έκανα οικονομία βελτιώνοντας και την ατμόσφαιρα του σπιτιού. Ο αφυγραντήρας τελικά είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΟΣ ΤΕΛΟΣ !! και μετανιώνω που δεν τον αγόρασα νωρίτερα. Κατά τα άλλα ο θόρυβος στη high λειτουργία είναι ελάχιστος και στη low λειτουργία ανύπαρκτους ίδιος ήχος με το pc. Το δοχείο του αφαιρείτε εύκολα έχει χερούλι μεταφοράς και καπάκι σιλικονούχο, επίσης έχει και σωλήνα σιλικονουχο μια μόνιμη απορροή για όταν λείπω από το σπίτι για πάνω από μία ημέρες.

Purchased about 8 months ago to replace a zeolite dehumidifier, Inventor Rise, of slightly lower capacity, whose fan after 7 years of use started making a loud noise.
It was placed in the center of a 120 sq.m. house with an average humidity of about 60 – 65%, with new window frames but without any other special insulation. The average room height is 2.8 m.
One of the first things I did was to remove the HEPA filter mainly because it reduced the dehumidifier's performance by 30% (this is also stated in the manual).
From power consumption measurements, the power consumption of this unit on high is about 770 w while on medium it is 450 w. Personally, I keep it permanently on high.
As with the Inventor, a big plus is that compared to a similar compressor dehumidifier, it also provides heating due to the way it operates.
Not that it has been particularly cold so far, but only with this dehumidifier and no other heating device on, the house temperature in October – November has never dropped below 22°C (with outside temperatures ranging from 17 – 20°C).
Even for 120 sq.m., which is theoretically the upper limit of its capabilities, humidity drops from 60 to 55% relatively quickly (always with the fan on high).
Among its functional advantages is the large 4 l tank, which automatically means it doesn't need frequent emptying.
As for construction, although mostly made of plastic, it seems to be of good quality and should last over time.
Regarding noise, on high, it is by no means silent but personally it doesn't bother me. On medium, my computer is louder than the dehumidifier.
Regarding power consumption, 770 w for a solid 5-6 hours of operation per day is not little, but in a way, this energy consumption is offset by the fact that practically for half the winter period, we will get by as a family with just this and nothing else on (radiators, air conditioning, etc.)
Finally, Puredry is a Greek company as far as I understand, so I want to believe that, if anything is needed, there will be someone to communicate with and I won't have to search left and right to sort things out with external partners (I hope...).
In conclusion, I recommend it unreservedly.

Τοποθετήθηκε στο κέντρο ενός σπιτιού 120 τ.μ. με μέση υγρασία περίπου 60 – 65 % με καινούρια κουφώματα αλλά χωρίς κάποια άλλη ιδιαίτερη μόνωση. Το μέσο ύψος των δωματίων είναι 2.8 m.
Από τις πρώτες κινήσεις που έκανα ήταν να βγάλω το φίλτρο HEPA κυρίως διότι μείωνε την απόδοση του αφυγραντήρα κατά 30 % (αυτό αναγράφεται και στο manual).
Από μετρήσεις καταναλώσεων ρεύματος λοιπόν, η κατανάλωση ισχύος του συγκεκριμένου στο high είναι της τάξεως των 770 w ενώ στο medium 450 w. Προσωπικά το έχω μόνιμα στο high.

Αναφορικά στην κατανάλωση ρεύματος, 770 w ένα καθαρό 5 ωρο -6 ωρο λειτουργίας την ημέρα δεν είναι λίγα, αλλά κατά κάποιον τρόπο αυτή η ενεργειακή κατανάλωση αντισταθμίζεται από το γεγονός ότι πρακτικά τη μισή χειμερινή περίοδο θα την βγάλλουμε οικογενειακώς μόνο με αυτόν και χωρίς τίποτα άλλο αναμμένο (καλοριφερ, κλιματισμό κ.ο.κ.)
Τέλος, η Puredry είναι Ελληνική εταιρεία από ότι κατάλαβα, άρα θέλω να πιστεύω ότι, αν απαιτηθεί το οτιδήποτε, θα υπάρχει άνθρωπος να συνεννοηθώ και δεν θα ψάχνομαι δεξιά και αριστερά να βγάλω άκρη με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (ελπίζω δηλαδή…).

Purchased two months ago for an old house of 85 sqm with a height of 4.5 meters, I mention this because the volume of air plays a role in performance and economy. Its screen is blue in color, very nice and clear, with four buttons and an easy-to-use menu. When I first turned it on, the house had 87% humidity and I asked it for 55%, it worked continuously on the high setting for an afternoon and reached the desired level, then it would turn off and on periodically, measuring the humidity. It worked again during the night because the tank was full in the morning. It always works when I cook and take a bath. It takes 3 hours to dry synthetic clothes and 5-6 hours for wool and cotton clothes (clothes on the drying rack in the bathroom, which measures 2x3x4.5 meters, 5 sqm).
Among its many positives, it raises the room temperature by 2-4 degrees and the air conditioner works minimally. I have installed smart meters and monitor consumption, compared to before, I have 200 kWh less per month on the A/C and +115 on the dehumidifier, so I have saved money while improving the atmosphere of the house. The dehumidifier is definitely ESSENTIAL! and I regret not buying it earlier. Otherwise, the noise on the high setting is minimal and on the low setting, it's nonexistent, the same sound as a PC. The tank is easily removable, has a carrying handle and a silicone cap, and also has a silicone hose for continuous drainage when I am away from home for more than a day.

Wonderful, it collects moisture in the frozen rooms in the basement. I had another dehumidifier that I have with a motor and it collected almost nothing and worked constantly. When I first turned it on, the house had 87% humidity and I asked it for 55%, it worked continuously on the high setting for an afternoon and reached the desired level, then it would turn off and on periodically, measuring the humidity. It worked again during the night because the tank was full in the morning. It always works when I cook and take a bath. It takes 3 hours to dry synthetic clothes and 5-6 hours for wool and cotton clothes (clothes on the drying rack in the bathroom, which measures 2x3x4.5 meters, 5 sqm).
Among its many positives, it raises the room temperature by 2-4 degrees and the air conditioner works minimally. I have installed smart meters and monitor consumption, compared to before, I have 200 kWh less per month on the A/C and +115 on the dehumidifier, so I have saved money while improving the atmosphere of the house. The dehumidifier is definitely ESSENTIAL! and I regret not buying it earlier. Otherwise, the noise on the high setting is minimal and on the low setting, it's nonexistent, the same sound as a PC. The tank is easily removable, has a carrying handle and a silicone cap, and also has a silicone hose for continuous drainage when I am away from home for more than a day.
Αγορασμένος εδώ και δύο μήνες σε παλιό σπίτι 85 τ.μ. με ύψος 4,5 μέτρα, το αναφέρω γιατί ο όγκος του αέρα παίζει ρόλο στην απόδοση και την οικονομία. Η οθόνη του είναι χρώματος μπλε πολύ ωραία και ευδιάκριτη, έχει τέσσερα κουμπιά με εύκολο menu λειτουργίας. Όταν τον πρωτοέβαλα σε λειτουργία το σπίτι είχε 87% υγρασία και του ζήτησα 55%, δούλεψε ακατάπαυστα στη high σκάλα για ένα απόγευμα και έφτασε στο επιθυμητό, μετά έσβησε κατά διαστήματα δούλευε και έσβηνε μετρώντας την υγρασία. Ξαναδούλεψε μέσα στην νύχτα γιατί το πρωί το δοχείο ήταν γεμάτο. Δουλεύει πάντα όταν μαγειρεύω και κάνω μπάνιο. Στο στέγνωμα των ρούχων κάνει 3 ώρες για τα συνθετικά και 5-6 ώρες στα μάλλινα και βαμβακερά (τα ρούχα στην απλώστρα μέσα στο μπάνιο 2Χ3Χ4,5 5τ.μ.)
Στα πολύ θετικά του ότι ανεβάζει την θερμοκρασία του χώρου 2-4 βαθμούς και το κλιματιστικό δουλεύει ελάχιστα. Έχω βάλει έξυπνους μετρητές και ελέγχω την κατανάλωση, συγκριτικά με πριν έχω στον μήνα -200kwh λιγότερες στο A/C και +115 στον αφυγραντήρα άρα έκανα οικονομία βελτιώνοντας και την ατμόσφαιρα του σπιτιού. Ο αφυγραντήρας τελικά είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΟΣ ΤΕΛΟΣ !! και μετανιώνω που δεν τον αγόρασα νωρίτερα. Κατά τα άλλα ο θόρυβος στη high λειτουργία είναι ελάχιστος και στη low λειτουργία ανύπαρκτους ίδιος ήχος με το pc. Το δοχείο του αφαιρείτε εύκολα έχει χερούλι μεταφοράς και καπάκι σιλικονούχο, επίσης έχει και σωλήνα σιλικονουχο μια μόνιμη απορροή για όταν λείπω από το σπίτι για πάνω από μία ημέρες.
