Two words about issue 1 of harmony topics.

1.Preparatory exercises: An original method of presenting the subject matter of harmony where each example is at the same time an exercise. In these sections, each example-exercise is accompanied by observations and suggestions regarding various harmonic techniques.
2.General exercises: Harmony topics where the bass that is presented is followed by the corresponding melody. At the instructor's suggestion, it is possible to seek a completely different harmonization instead of superimposing the given elements (one of which is the Solution of the other).
3.Exercises for analysis: Solved topics in which the student must seek their harmonic interpretation.
4.Topics that, although not accompanied by specific suggestions and observations, are based on the traditional form of harmony topics, that is, they either have the form of a numbered bass or the form of a simple melody for harmonization.
