The watch disconnects very easily as soon as you enter another room, compared to the Honor Band 6 which requires you to take a walk on the beach to disconnect...
Heart rate measurements fluctuate when you quickly climb, for example, 3 floors on foot. Instead of seeing around 130 beats, you see 75, which is disappointing. And even before you climb, it shows 81 beats.
Check it out if you have it. Of course, this doesn't always happen, but when the actual heart rate increases, it takes some time to show that the sensor is struggling to detect the heartbeats from the top of the wrist. Here, a chest strap is needed.
However, at rest, the heart rate and oxygen levels are very close with a professional oximeter.
The conclusion is that it is worth it and I do not regret it. The Elegant version cost 99 euros, which is a good price, I believe.
