Once a week washing with this shampoo and I had no hair loss problem as I saw in several comments. It does what it promises!

Nice packaging. I use half the amount compared to supermarket shampoos. I've had it for a month. It made my hair much shinier and helped a lot with the oiliness of the scalp. The only downside is that it has dried my scalp a bit, which may also be due to how I wash my hair.

Whole tufts of hair were falling out from the root every time I combed or simply ran my fingers through my hair. I did a test and switched shampoos, and indeed, my hair stopped falling out. But I made the mistake of using it again and lost tufts of hair once more. Stay away from this shampoo, this experience is not worth it for anyone, honestly..
