1. Before use, soak the stone in water for 24 hours. This process is done only once, before the first use.
2. Always maintain the same angle and sharpening method.
3. During sharpening, sprinkle a little water while wiping the blade with a damp cloth.
4. Start with the smallest grit and continue with the larger ones.
5. If you use oil, you will not be able to use water afterwards.
