    I bought this supplement because of the good reviews but mainly because there were some details that misled me and I thought it had more active ingredient.

    Look at the image, it says 90 capsules x 500mg. I don't know why they put this 500mg there, since if you look at the back it says 1mg per capsule, so in total the whole package is 90mg. I saw the 500mg and 90 capsules and thought it had quite a high dose of melatonin, I even assumed 500/90=5.5mg per pill.

    I tried taking one to sleep, I did the whole ritual correctly, I didn't drink anything other than water for the 2 hours before going to bed, no caffeine or anything with sugar, not even juice because it has fructose and those give you energy. Half an hour before bed I had already turned off TVs, screens, etc. so I wouldn't get blue light exposure because that removes melatonin from the body (just like the sun with ultraviolet rays) and I took one pill with a glass of water.

    It might have taken me even longer to fall asleep than before sometimes. But I know melatonin is not a sedative, it's the substance your body produces when you go to sleep, to see results you have to be patient, use it for at least a week, and also fix your sleep schedule, always sleep and wake up at the same time.

    More than a week passed and I saw no difference, it still took me a long time to fall asleep, I woke up easily during sleep just like before and I couldn't fall back asleep easily.

    ~~~
    I decided to double the dose since it's only 1mg, other supplements have up to 10mg so it wouldn't be an issue. With 2 capsules there was a small change, I can say I slept a bit more restfully, I did this for a week but was not satisfied.
    Finally, I decided to take three capsules. With three capsules I saw a huge difference, I fall asleep more easily and don't wake up during sleep except when I change sides momentarily and then fall back asleep. The next day I wake up very easily and refreshed. So I definitely need 3mg for it to work for me.
    They don't do the job I want at the dose I need to take and because the pills are huge it's hard to take 3 before bed. Look at the image to see what the capsules are like, not to mention not all the capsules have the same amount.
    I'll close by saying that melatonin is ultimately a personal matter, some need 1mg, others 2mg, others 3mg and some need more than 5mg. But I judge the misleading text about the mg and also the fact that not all capsules have the same amount.
    Very good quality️. I have been taking melatonin for many years and it actually does what it promises. I sleep wonderfully in an hour... the next day I feel great...️ in contrast to valerian, which gives me a deep sleep and a headache the next morning... that's why I prefer melatonin... I highly recommend it. ️
