Waste of money, waste of time. Very heavy. Food sticks with a little oil. I didn't even try it at all... It burns in the center of the pan no matter what temperature I use. 90 minutes in the oven to polymerize!!!???????? I clean it with coarse salt or the expensive special wire and my hands, gloves, and sink turn black. If you have a light-colored sink like mine, after the first time I saw the mess, I touch it on wood on the counter to scrub it. Then I put it on low heat to dry well and coat it with vegetable oil. Maybe it's worth it ONLY for frying over a fire. Because if I'm going to fry in a lot of oil, I prefer a stainless steel pot and avoid splashing oil within half a meter radius. Also, as you can see in the photo, it produces blackness... So in the food... I don't want to eat metal... Whoever has time to pamper and do a spa treatment on a pan... And no, I never soaked it or put any prohibited foods-substances in it for the first 6-7 uses...
