Capabilities

Nikon binoculars with 12x magnification, allowing comfortable observation of objects from a great distance. Additionally, their large lens diameter offers a bright, sharp image and an exceptionally wide field of view, as well as strong light-gathering capability, making them suitable for observations in low-light conditions.

Features

  • The black 12x50 Aculon A211 Binocular by Nikon is a portable fixed-magnification optical system with aspherical multi-coated lenses and an ergonomically designed housing. For the redesigned Aculon series, Nikon packages the Aculon A211 binoculars with Eco-Glass elements that are environmentally friendly, made from responsibly sourced material, and free of arsenic.
  • The Porro prism design of the Aculon binoculars offers improved depth of field, and its multi-focal aspherical optical path with 50mm objective lenses provides the clarity, brightness, and flat FOV of the image that nature observers require.
  • Sculpted housing with rubber armor to fit comfortably in the observer's hand and provide a non-slip grip.
  • Grooved ridges on the top of the housing and a large focus wheel allow for adjustment of the interpupillary distance and focus point even when wearing gloves.
  • Nikon's Turn-and-Slide eyecups allow for quick adjustment of eye relief. The combination of image quality and user-friendly design makes the Aculon A211 12x50 a cost-effective choice for mid- and long-range binoculars.

This review is about the magnification x diameter: 10x50mm

Clear image, quality materials, borderline weight (on the heavier side). For more than 10'' of observation on a stationary target, you need to rest your arms or elbows somewhere. I would buy them again.

This review is about the magnification x diameter: 16x50mm

No problems, easy to handle. But too early for definite recommendation; so far it is 'looking' very good. Particularly in comparison with my previous binoculars. Hopefully get some more time with it soon.

This review is about the magnification x diameter: 16x50mm

Very good quality and everything looks crystal clear with a little adjustment, which is a piece of cake to calculate. With a tripod for stability, it is the best product for this price.

I mainly use binoculars for monitoring ships, boats, and related objects even at long distances. I already have branded binoculars 8x30. Simply no comparison.
The Nikon ones, of course, have a larger magnification from the beginning, but apart from that, the image is clearly brighter, more clear, and stable in the sense that the object does not shake or get lost from the field of view with the slightest hand instability.
I think it is a good choice for a quality product.

This review is about the magnification x diameter: 7x50mm

For this price, there are no better 7x50mm binoculars. They are professional with good image quality and a very good Field of View of 6.4° (111.2 m @ 1000 m) for a fifty-millimeter lens. They provide a stable grip due to the non-slip coating and because they have good balance. In the Aculon series, some binoculars may have unstable rotating rubber eyecups that may move when pressed against the eyes. This is not something to worry about and can be fixed through the warranty or by fixing it yourself. There is a relevant video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9GIfiMQGxY

The only thing I miss from more expensive models is that they don't have a focus lock like the Nikon 7x50CF WP, Nikon 10x50CF WP, and Pentax SP 10x50mm

Very good binoculars first and foremost the 10 x 50 gold number. The strongest ones need to be touched somewhere so they don't shake. Very clear and bright and the build quality is very good for their price.

I would expect it to focus much easier..
What you need to do is focus from the right eye and from the center if you understand
And the other thing is that it is X10 zoom continuously without changing it

This review is about the magnification x diameter: 16x50mm

I bought the Nikon Aculon A211 16x50 in 2015 for 120 euros. Excellent binoculars, very clear, bright with perfect focus. I can distinguish more details and colors than with the Konus Giant 20x60 that I also have. Don't be deceived by the large zoom; to see clearly with binoculars 12x and above, excellent lens quality is required! Easy to use with or without a tripod. If someone has them hanging on them for a long time, they might get a bit tired due to the weight, so lighter binoculars with a smaller zoom would be more convenient. Excellent for their price. I would buy them again!
