    It’s very lose the garter/band and also it’s silicone/soft that it’s heavy. It’s not going higher. I thought it’s kinda plastic heavy.

    If you don't have any other option for improving reflexes, it's fine.
    The 3-minute sets are great for practice, they tire you out and make you sweat and everything. I just had an accident myself.
    Be careful... I made a very strong hit, resulting in the rubber breaking, the ball flying off, and returning to my face at a high speed. A very strong hit. Luckily, I got away with just a few marks on my face because it hit me below the eye. It could have been worse, so don't hit too hard... Also, I had bought two of the same, but for some reason, they had a difference in quality. One was sturdy and of good quality, while the other was not...
