Sika MonoTop®-627 HP is a ready-to-use, rapid-setting, low-shrinkage, cementitious repair mortar reinforced with special synthetic microfibers for high-thickness and demanding concrete repairs, either by hand or by spraying, meeting the requirements of class R4 according to EN 1504-3.

  • High-performance structural repairs of high thickness in concrete elements
  • Suitable for application by hand (trowel) and by spraying
  • Suitable for high-durability repairs (infrastructure projects, road bridges, concrete subjected to severe environmental conditions)
  • Ideal for repair works before the application of Composite Fiber Reinforced Polymer systems, Sika® Carbodur or SikaWrap®
  • Repair of crushed and damaged concrete in building applications, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
  • Increase the load-bearing capacity of the concrete structure with the addition of mortar.
