It is a cream that was once recommended to me by a dermatologist for some eczematous irritations I had developed. Since then, I use it for any difficult skin condition because it is really very effective. Even for isolated pimples, it helps their healing. In general, it relieves irritations/itching and heals.
It has no scent and its texture is slippery like a medicinal ointment, but that doesn't bother me at all since I use it as a treatment on my face and body.
