    I bought it in 2022 and even today (9/1/2026) it is absolutely functional, after 4 years of continuous use. I decided after 4 years to change it because the battery does not last more than half a day and now I always had to carry a powerbank with me. Also, Xiaomi has stopped providing updates for this phone and that is another reason why I will change it and will not choose Xiaomi again, since as long as the phone is functional, they should update it and keep it protected.

    The version with 8gb, after 3 years that I have it in my hands, the battery has deteriorated a bit, it takes longer to charge and it holds less power than before. It doesn't allow me to take proper videos or surf properly, even with a hard reset. It only charges up to 50% and lasts for 4 to 6 hours. Considering the amount of money I spent, I don't want to buy Xiaomi again. So far, I have already replaced the battery covers and a charging cable, which is why it charges a little faster.

    Literally useless fingerprint sensor. Easily crashes and unexpectedly turns off. The sound quality on calls is not satisfactory at all.

    In conclusion, I don't think it's worth its money. The Redmi Note 7 I had for 4 years was incomparably better. It's a shame for Xiaomi

    I bought it in 2022 and even today (9/1/2026) it is absolutely functional, after 4 years of continuous use. I decided after 4 years to change it because the battery does not last more than half a day and now I always had to carry a powerbank with me. Also, Xiaomi has stopped providing updates for this phone and that is another reason why I will change it and will not choose Xiaomi again, since as long as the phone is functional, they should update it and keep it protected.

    I bought it in 2022 and even today (9/1/2026) it is absolutely functional, after 4 years of continuous use. I decided after 4 years to change it because the battery does not last more than half a day and now I always had to carry a powerbank with me. Also, Xiaomi has stopped providing updates for this phone and that is another reason why I will change it and will not choose Xiaomi again, since as long as the phone is functional, they should update it and keep it protected.

    The version with 8gb, after 3 years that I have it in my hands, the battery has deteriorated a bit, it takes longer to charge and it holds less power than before. It doesn't allow me to take proper videos or surf properly, even with a hard reset. It only charges up to 50% and lasts for 4 to 6 hours. Considering the amount of money I spent, I don't want to buy Xiaomi again. So far, I have already replaced the battery covers and a charging cable, which is why it charges a little faster.

    Very nice photos and videos. Satisfactory battery life. In 4 months of operation with light use, it lasts 1.5 days.

    Literally useless fingerprint sensor. Easily crashes and unexpectedly turns off. The sound quality on calls is not satisfactory at all.

    In conclusion, I don't think it's worth its money. The Redmi Note 7 I had for 4 years was incomparably better. It's a shame for Xiaomi
