Extremely expensive for what it offers. It is very slow for professional use, it has no particular quality in scanning and it simply takes up space. The inks are also very expensive, as are the packages offered by the program for ink replacement after the first free months.

Works fine in its operation etc. but -2 stars because it has recurring issues with its HP Smart software; the printer disconnects, the computer can't "see" it, and to fix the problem someone with advanced computer knowledge needs to get involved. Note that HP Smart is running on Windows 11 and all possible troubleshooting steps have been taken by a computer professional.

update 15/10/2025: After 5 years of use, it hasn't broken down, but its consumables are expensive and I wouldn't trust HP Smart software again. Also, it's a 5-year-old printer so I would recommend going for a more recent-modern model. Be careful, its price shouldn't be over €200, maybe €250 at most...
