Its motor is very powerful.. be careful because with the vortex it creates, it pulls, the device is drawn downwards, to the bottom of the container where you have the material you are mixing and melting and thus it suctions... there you need to be careful HOW you lift it from that spot...
Other than that, it melts everything in fractions of a second... very useful for jam, for velouté soups, for tomato sauce....
I still haven't managed to remove the part that unscrews and I wash it carefully because of the blades since I feel that it offers quite a bit of resistance and I don't know how it will behave if I force it to open...
I recommend buying it, with caution of course...

Κατά τα άλλα, λιώνει τα πάντα σε κλάσματα δευτερολέπτου...πολύ χρήσιμο για μαρμελάδα , για σούπες βελουτέ ,για σάλτσα τομάτας....
Ακόμη δν έχω καταφέρει να βγάλω το μέρος που ξεβιδωνει κ το πλένω προσεκτικά λόγω των λεπίδων γτ νιώθω ότι φέρνει αρκετή αντίσταση κ δν ξέρω το πώς θα συμπεριφερθεί εάν το ζορισω για να ανοίξει...
