The Effect Liner is specifically designed for creating three-dimensional lines on glass. It can be used particularly for making outlines. It is also possible to create raised dots.
Ideal for 3D effects, hold the tip just above the surface and gently squeeze the paint out of the nozzle.
The Effect Liners are exceptionally suitable for creating attractive, melting "pearls".
