Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher airflow than the original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize the pressure loss of airflow passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully exploiting maximum power.
Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers, using advanced software and technologies, produce BMC air filters. Only mesh alloys with epoxy coating are used to ensure protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation. The filtering material is made of cotton gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, producing the red BMC filters without welded joints. This system, called "Full Molding," comes from R&D in F1 and is essential for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
