It is very beautiful, perfect quality, very warm in conditions of 0 to -1 degrees, I didn't get cold even when wearing it with a short-sleeved shirt. It has velcro at the end of the sleeve. It also has many pockets. The only negative is the lack of some kind of mesh in the armpit ventilation. It's worth it!
