Lightweight, easy to clean, easily stored (if you have more than one, one can fit inside the other), it does not have a handle to hinder its cleaning. It scratches easily with metallic objects, but this is not significant for this particular utensil.
I use it to mix salads, dough, minced meat, etc. Its size is borderline for mixing a whole ready-made salad package.
