The Levenhuk Rainbow DM500 educational digital microscope is used to study transparent, translucent, and opaque objects, such as plant specimens, insects, rocks, coins, and electronic components. Its 5-inch color LCD screen can be rotated and tilted slightly, while LED illumination is positioned on both sides of the stage and has adjustable brightness.
The microscope takes 12 MP photos and records Full HD video. Images and videos are saved to a memory card, sold separately, and can be captured using the wireless remote control. It runs on battery power for up to 4 hours and includes ready-to-use slides.
