The exceptional extra virgin olive oil produced at the Markou Samos company's olive mill comes from two varieties. The majority is from the well-known Koroneiki variety and a smaller portion from the local Throumpolia of Samos. This way, we combine the unique characteristics of Throumpolia with the excellent quality and freshness of Koroneiki.
