Cat eye effect powder

It is used to give a cat eye effect to your nails using a special magnet.

Usage Instructions:

• One layer of Base Coat
• 2 Layers of black polish
• On the sticky substance of the black polish, apply the Cat eye powder and rub it well to spread over the surface of the nail.
• With a soft brush, gently clean the nail surface from any dust residue.
• Apply the Top coat without curing it in the lamp.
• Place the Cat Eye magnet 2-3 millimeters away from the nail for 10 seconds.
• Then cure it in the nail lamp.
