Cat eye effect powder

Used to give a cat eye effect on your nails with the use of a special magnet.

Instructions for Use:

• One layer of Base Coat.
• 2 Layers of black polish.
• On the sticky residue of the black polish, apply the Cat eye powder and rub it well to spread over the surface of the nail.
• With a soft brush, gently clean the surface of the nail from any remaining powder.
• Apply the Top coat without curing it in the lamp.
• Place the Cat Eye magnet 2-3 millimeters from the nail for 10 seconds.
• Then cure in the nail lamp.
