I have had the vacuum cleaner for a little over 1.5 years. I will say that I am very satisfied with the quality-functionality-price comparison.

+ The vacuum cleaner has many capabilities in terms of suction intensity (up to turbo mode) and the amount of water for mopping.
+ It has many features through the application for adjusting the sequence of rooms and zones that you may not want it to go. These can be easily adjusted on the spot if needed.
+ It has good overall absorption (house with 2 cats), I would say it is average with carpets, but it could be because of the type of carpets I have since they don't get cleaned even with a regular vacuum cleaner.
+ We have connected it through the Xiaomi application and we can use it for those who share the house.

- It has disconnected once when the application couldn't "see" it, which I didn't understand the reason for, but after deleting the vacuum cleaner from the app and setting it up as a new vacuum cleaner, it worked again.
- The mapping it does is mediocre in my opinion, especially in winter with the carpets. In the first year, it read one carpet correctly, but in the second year, it saw it as an obstacle.
- The battery doesn't last for a complete turbo mode cleaning in a 110 sqm house, you have to wait for it to charge. (Meanwhile, it stops at 20% even if there is actually 1 sqm left to finish?)

For what I bought it for, which is to do the "daily" cleaning-maintenance, I am very satisfied. I also have a stick vacuum cleaner that I use for areas that this vacuum cleaner cannot reach.

A very important tip that I read here in the reviews and I really like is for mopping. Since it is forbidden to put any cleaning product in the water (because it will damage it), before using it, I wet the cloth well and put half a cap of floor cleaner on the cloth. This way, the water falls on the cleaning product and the house smells fresh. For the 110 sqm, I clean the cloth and renew the liquid in the middle.

I bought it with great hesitation because I have a large dog that stays inside the house and sheds consistently all year round. The reviews from other dog owners convinced me, and I decided to give it a try.
If you are reading this review now, don't think about it, just buy it. It's worth every euro. We turned it on today for the first time, and it worked like a dream. We initially only did vacuuming to see how it would perform, and even though we had cleaned the day before, it picked up so much hair and dust that I couldn't believe it. Later, I wanted to try mopping as well, so I set it to do both vacuuming and mopping with amazing results. I also added a bit of detergent to the cloth as I read to do here, and everything went splendidly. As for the noise, it can't be compared to conventional vacuum cleaners. It doesn't bump into furniture, it doesn't get stuck like I expected, the app is very easy to use, and I really don't know if there is life anymore without it!
As for durability over time, I don't know; however, I bought the extra warranty to be secure. If there are issues in the future, I will come back. Anyway, it is a magical tool that I believe in a few years will be in every home like a refrigerator or a washing machine.
Buy it, and you'll remember me.

Update: I put down the rugs and used it to see how it would go. Rugs from the dry cleaner, seemingly clean. The amount it picked up in the first cleaning was astonishing. I have a dark brown rug that, with a light-colored dog, becomes like a shaggy carpet by the end of winter. A week with the mess and after vacuuming, it looks like new. On a small shaggy rug I have, it doesn't go all the way. It does half and then turns back, but that's a minor issue. I lift it, and it cleans underneath.
Of course, now we have an issue with mopping because where there are rugs, the robot won't go if the water tank is attached, so I first do vacuuming throughout the house and then selectively mop the rooms that don't have rugs.

After two weeks of use, twice a day, my life has been saved. Day in, day out, the house is spotless. And because the floors are clean, there is no dust, so the other furniture doesn't get dirty either. Nothing, someone will come over and think I'm some kind of housekeeper...

Update 2: After 8 months of heavy use, it developed a defect in the water tank - I could attach it, but the vacuum didn't recognize it as attached. Fortunately, I had bought it from Skroutz's basket, and they took it back without any issue and refunded my money. I recommend that if you want to buy an expensive product (like this vacuum), always get it from Skroutz's basket. Their returns department is amazing. Additionally, I had Skroutz's product insurance, so if it broke after the warranty, I would still have protection.
In any case, the vacuum was worth the money, and now I will get the newest model. It's a fantastic tool for the home.

First contact with a robotic vacuum cleaner and the experience is very good. It is very convenient to keep the house clean from crumbs, hair (especially if you have a pet), etc. during the week without any effort. I also find it fantastic to be able to "clean up" while you are away, just before you return home! I have no opinion on mopping, as I have not tried it.

The vacuum sweeps the area in its first operation and then the map of the house appears in the application. From there, you can define areas, specify areas where the vacuum should not go (no go zone), schedule when and in which areas the cleaning will take place, and many other functions. Also, emptying the dustbin is very easy. As for battery life, I will simply say that for cleaning a 100+ square meter apartment, it does not drop below 50%.

I should mention that unfortunately, in my case, after six months, the vacuum malfunctioned: specifically, it went offline with its three buttons flashing without me being able to do anything to restore it. I sent it to the store for inspection and we will see - luckily it is still under warranty. Despite the disappointment of such a random malfunction, I declare myself very satisfied with the product.

I am returning with a new update!! It turns out that it wasn't charging because the charger base was broken. It was never dropped, it just stopped charging one day. Despite initially buying a new battery, it still didn't charge when I installed it, so I thought of buying a new charging base and that's what I did! I bought it from AliExpress and it just arrived yesterday, so I installed it and manually started the vacuum... And finally, it started charging!!!!

I would also like to inform you that during the period when the vacuum wasn't working, we bought a used Xiaomi vacuum mop 2, which is much inferior to the Dream L 10 pro in terms of mapping and sensors. It's just that there is no technical service in Greece that supports the Dream. I am giving it three stars only because of all the running around to find a technical service without any response!! Thankfully, we thought of buying a new charging base!

Update 13/6/23:
Unfortunately, this particular vacuum does not have a service representative in Greece as Xiaomi in Athens does not handle it because this specific model is not from Xiaomi, they just collaborate with the company, so we cannot find someone to check it and see why it's not charging. If anyone knows a technician from Thessaloniki who can take care of it, it would be helpful information!

After 1 year of intensive use (programmed automatic cleaning 3 times a day), it suddenly stopped charging.... Unfortunately, the warranty was for 1 year and it no longer covers us. We still haven't found a technician who can take care of it. I hope it's something simple.
Overall, I am very satisfied, the house is always clean with 2 small children. It cleans quite well and keeps the house clean. Especially in the summer, without the mess I used to use and the mopping, the house was sparkling.... Just don't make the mistake of putting cleaning solution inside the water tank, only on the cloth because it will damage the tank and you will have to buy a new one.
Also, I found the comments and photos here very helpful, where they put a piece of mask in the HEPA filter of the vacuum to maintain it, which I also do.
I will return with comments regarding the vacuum's performance.

TOP VACUUM CLEANER.
1) Simple: You install the Xiaomi application, press start, it scans with the laser 8 meters ahead and starts cleaning. After the first cleaning, it asks if you want to save the map, and from there you can set zones: No-go, etc.
2) Quiet: It doesn't bother you, and after 3 minutes of operation, you simply don't pay attention to it.
3) Carpets-Obstacles: It climbs carpets like a remote-controlled car!! It doesn't bump into furniture. It can't drag any cables, but no problem, after a while it leaves them behind. IT CLEANS THE CARPETS AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED at how much dust and hair it removes.
4) Battery: Depending on the number of carpets and corners in the house, it consumes from 30% to 60% in a house of 50 to 80 square meters. Even if the battery runs out, it goes to charge and continues, it doesn't bother. On a 70-meter floor, it lasts 40 minutes in normal mode and consumes 35%. I don't think it ultimately matters.
5) Hair-Strings: It has a system with its brush that as it rotates, it cleans and removes the hair and small strings from the brush. It picked up a fallen chain and simply dragged it until I heard it... it works perfectly.

Honestly, if I didn't experience it, I wouldn't believe how much joy it gives me to let it clean the house 3 times a day. (We have a hairy dog). Every time after it finishes, I go and empty the bin: lift the lid, take out the plastic bin, open it and empty it, and then put it back in - very simple. As long as the house is relatively clean because this little thing finds and collects EVERYTHING, dust and hair, so it fills up very easily!
Compared to others, it has the laser radar, which is an advantage because it maps 8 meters away and doesn't bump into things. It also has a large bin compared to others and it sucks very powerfully (basically, because the brush and the fan bring everything to the mouth, it simply puts it inside the container).
It offers everything that the Roborock offers, which is, after all, from the same parent company but 100 euros cheaper. They also have the same application.
I would buy the same one again. I will never be without a robot vacuum again. (If you get one, you will remember me, and it sounds cliché, but it changes your life to know that you won't waste time cleaning and you can dedicate it elsewhere).
If you are interested in a robot vacuum with a laser (because it works at night without light, etc.), put it high on your list.

Update after 1 year of use: 5 out of 5 stars. Everything is great. Recently had some issues because the initial mapping had shifted/distorted. It was resolved in half an hour with a new map using the fast mapping function. Everything I wrote below when I first used it still applies. Very user-friendly with the mobile app. The combination of lidar for mapping and the camera for obstacle avoidance is very useful. The basic steps when starting are: 1. Make sure the house is tidy so it has maximum access and can map the space well. Only furniture should be in the area, no cables dragging or scattered toys or shoes. 2. Rugs can be laid out from the first use as long as it can't drag them. If they have long tassels, be close by to prevent tangling. For shaggy or fluffy rugs, declare no-go zones to avoid them. 3. After mapping, set the desired room divisions and cleaning order, and you're done. 4. When mopping with rugs laid out, it's better to do it in zones, choosing uncovered areas instead of the whole house or entire rooms. Otherwise, it will mop the rugs as well.
