Mercola Wood Varnish Aqua protects and refreshes wooden surfaces both indoors and outdoors. Its water-based formula is odourless and contains UV filters to protect against ultraviolet sunlight. It is water-repellent, flexible and resistant to ageing, without peeling or cracking.
Suitable for doors, windows, frames, wood panelling, furniture and cabinets, as well as for maintaining existing wooden structures. Before application, the surface must be dry and clean. For new surfaces, spot-priming knots with shellac is recommended. On previously varnished surfaces, remove the old varnish and sand the surface smooth. Apply one or two coats after applying a coat of XYLOFARM AQUA and allowing it to dry thoroughly. Two coats are recommended for areas with high humidity and for softwoods. For maximum durability, protect the surface from heavy use for 10 days.
