The MoVeS Band exercise band is used for shoulder training. By applying positive or negative pressure to the muscles, it improves the range of motion, strength, and coordination of muscle groups.
High quality and durable, made from lightly powdered latex. The different levels of resistance are determined by the thickness of the band.
Available in packages of 22.50 m and 45.50 m, which include a colored exercise manual.
