It supports Gigabit networks and features active operation with a built-in detection circuit. It can be used with devices such as base stations, wireless access points, IP cameras and VoIP phones.

The maximum transmission distance is 100 m and can reach 400 m with a PoE extender. It is designed for indoor use.
