Mercola Powerfix Anchor liquid thread adhesive is used for anchoring and fastening reinforcing bars, threaded anchor bolts, screws and specialised fastening systems. It cures quickly and is approved for use in concrete, even in damp conditions, as well as in solid and perforated bricks. It does not sag in overhead applications and creates watertight fixings.
It is applied using a standard hand-held cartridge gun and can withstand intermittent temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C. It is suitable for concrete, masonry made of solid or perforated bricks, hard natural and artificial stone, solid rock and wood. A suitability test is recommended for each substrate to check the required bonding strength and prevent stains or discolouration.
