  • The active substance trifloxystrobin is a synthetic derivative of natural strobilurins with translaminar action.
  • It exhibits mainly preventive but also curative action.
  • At the biochemical level, it acts by inhibiting the mitochondrial respiration of fungi at the Qo site of complex III of cytochrome bc1 (Group Qols, sub-group oximinoacetates).
