For someone with a wrist circumference larger than 16.5-17 centimeters, it will be tight, for someone with a smaller one, they can simply put it higher. I am very satisfied with the strap, it does not cause any irritation on my skin like the other silicone one, and if it gets wet, it dries quickly.
Για κάποιον με περίμετρο καρπού μεγαλύτερη των 16,5-17 εκατοστών θα είναι σφιχτό, για κάποιον με μικρότερο μπορεί απλά να το βάλει πιο ψηλά. Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένη με το λουράκι, δε μου προκαλεί τρίψιμο στο δέρμα όπως το άλλο της σιλικόνης και αν βραχεί στεγνώνει γρήγορα.

I have a relatively thin wrist and the strap fits PERFECTLY! I've been wearing it for about two months now, but it has started to loosen a bit. Okay for its price, I would suggest getting two so you can replace it if it loosens. I have forgotten how the original strap was constantly opening on me! And it's very convenient for workouts that it doesn't have a clasp hitting under the wrist.
Έχω λεπτό καρπό σχετικά και το λουράκι εφαρμόζει ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ! Το φοράω κάνα δίμηνο όμως και έχει αρχίσει λίγο να χαλαρώνει. Οκ για τα λεφτά του, θα πρότεινα και πάρετε 2 για να το αλλάξετε αν σας χαλαρώσει. Έχω ξεχάσει πως ήταν το ορίτζιναλ λουράκι που όλη την ώρα μου άνοιγε! Και στη γυμναστική βολεύει πολυ το ότι δεν έχει κούμπωμα να χτυπάει κάτω από τον καρπό.

I give it 5 stars... it is beautiful, high-quality, and worth the money, especially for women. The only downside is that it fits a bit tight for men, barely leaving any marks like in the photo.. maybe it will loosen up in the future, even though I have had it for about 3 weeks now!
