In my 45 years, after two cruciate ligament surgeries and two meniscus surgeries, and with previous issues in both knees, my doctor recommended chondroitin and glucosamine (specifically Lamberts, which cost 25€ for 30 tablets!) for the degenerative arthritis I developed in my right knee. I tried ironflex based on the comments on skroutz and it not only helped me, but I forgot that I had a problem! Before, I would be in pain without even getting up, but after taking three tablets a day for a month, I saw significant improvement in my knee! I had to run a certain distance to feel any discomfort! For about two months now, I have reduced it to two tablets a day and I am considering starting some sports activities to see how it goes. I am truly impressed! However, I should mention that the packaging does not include a leaflet with the dosage or contraindications. Personally, I had some reservations when I started it, fearing it might cause problems elsewhere. But I must say that for another reason, I had to undergo microbiological tests during the month I was taking the pill, and they did not show any elevated levels anywhere. I recommend it.

I am involved in Calisthenics exercise, the pressures exerted on the shoulders are enough, so after abusing my powers, I ended up with tendonitis in both shoulders. Those who praise it as a supplement are either paid or in their own world. I have quite a few issues with my joints (traumatic osteoarthritis of the knee, acromioclavicular ligament impingement, etc.) and I have tried another 4 supplements (donaflex, hyaluvit, animal flex, osteoflex) and I can say that this one definitely does not meet my expectations. You barely notice a very small difference (which could also be the placebo effect). Wasted money / the chemistry you consume is for nothing

In my 45 years, after two cruciate ligament surgeries and two meniscus surgeries, and with previous issues in both knees, my doctor recommended chondroitin and glucosamine (specifically Lamberts, which cost 25€ for 30 tablets!) for the degenerative arthritis I developed in my right knee. I tried ironflex based on the comments on skroutz and it not only helped me, but I forgot that I had a problem! Before, I would be in pain without even getting up, but after taking three tablets a day for a month, I saw significant improvement in my knee! I had to run a certain distance to feel any discomfort! For about two months now, I have reduced it to two tablets a day and I am considering starting some sports activities to see how it goes. I am truly impressed! However, I should mention that the packaging does not include a leaflet with the dosage or contraindications. Personally, I had some reservations when I started it, fearing it might cause problems elsewhere. But I must say that for another reason, I had to undergo microbiological tests during the month I was taking the pill, and they did not show any elevated levels anywhere. I recommend it.
Στα 45 μου χρόνια μετά από δύο χιαστούς και δύο μηνίσκους και στα δύο γόνατα παλαιότερα, ο γιατρός μου πρότεινε για την εκφυλιστική αρθρίτιδα που αποκόμισα στο δεξί γόνατο, χονδροϊτίνη και γλουκοζαμίνη (της Lamberts συγκεκριμένα που έχουν 25€ οι 30 ταμπλέτες!). Δοκίμασα το ironflex από τα σχόλια στο skroutz πιο πολύ και όχι απλά με βοήθησε, ξέχασα ότι έχω πρόβλημα! Πριν πονούσα χωρίς καν να σηκωθώ, με χρήση τρείς ταμπλέτες τη μέρα για κανένα μήνα είδα σημαντική βελτίωση στο γόνατο! Για να νιώσω ενόχληση έπρεπε να τρέξω κάποια απόσταση! Εδώ και περίπου δύο μήνες το έχω γυρίσει σε δύο ταμπλέτες τη μέρα και λέω να αρχίσω κάποιες αθλητικές δραστηριότητες για να δω πώς θα πάει. Πάντως έχω μείνει εντυπωσιασμένος! Να αναφέρω όμως ότι η συσκευασία δεν έχει χαρτάκι με τη δοσολογία ούτε με τις αντενδείξεις. Εγώ προσωπικά είχα λίγες επιφυλάξεις όταν το ξεκίνησα μήπως δημιουργεί πρόβλημα αλλού. Αξίζει όμως να πω ότι για κάποιο άλλο λόγω χρειάστηκε να κάνω μικροβιολογικές εξετάσεις στο μήνα επάνω που έπαιρνα το χάπι, στις οποίες όμως δεν έδειξε κάποια ανεβασμένη τιμή πουθενά. Εγώ το προτείνω.
Excellent vitamins and I definitely tested to see if it's my idea. I am involved in Calisthenics exercise, the pressures exerted on the shoulders are enough, so after abusing my powers, I ended up with tendonitis in both shoulders. For two years, the pain was unbearable to the point where I had mobility issues with my shoulders. I tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, bands, everything, but I didn't see much improvement. I won't say that these vitamins work miracles, but I will say that from the day I started taking them and with careful strengthening, flexibility, both of my shoulders are functional again. I saw an 80% improvement and finally, I can exercise again ☺️ I highly recommend them, at least for me, it worked
εξαιρετικές βιταμίνες και σίγουρα έκανα τεστ για να δω εάν είναι η ιδέα μου
ασχολούμαι με την Καλλισθένικη γυμναστική οι πιέσεις που ασκούνται στους ώμους είναι αρκετές επομένως κατέληξα μετά από κατάχρηση των δυνάμεων μου με τενοντίτιδες και στους δύο ώμους ,δύο χρόνια οι πόνοι αφορητοι σε σημείο να έχω θέματα με την κινητικότητα των ώμων μου έκανα φυσικοθεραπείες,βελονισμό,λάστιχα ότι υπάρχει δοκίμασα δεν έβλεπα ιδιαίτερη βελτίωση δεν θα πω ότι αυτές οι βιταμίνες κάνουν θαύματα, θα πω όμως ότι από την ημέρα που ξεκίνησα να τις παίρνω και με προσεκτική ενδυνάμωση,ευλυγισία και οι δυο μου οι ώμοι είναι ξανά λειτουργικοί είδα βελτίωση 80% και γυμνάζομαι επιτέλους ξανά ☺️ τις προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε εμένα τουλάχιστον λειτούργησε
