    For purely amateur use it is fine, but I would suggest spending a little more money and opting for a more quality and sturdy bench, so you won't have to replace it in the coming years.
    This one is quite unstable, and if you load it with a lot of weight, you will have a problem — in my case, within the first year, the threads came off the base with the wheels. It does its job, but only for very light, amateur use!

    I would give it a 4.5 rating for one reason, it has a slightly larger gap between the two cushions. Something I read about the BR-54 was its instability. Simply put, it has two gaps on the wheels, so get two regulators if they are not included in the package and install them. It won't move even if you want it to.
    Easy position changes and the price is reasonable if you consider the other benches that are available.
